We offer luxury hookah experiences both in-home and at private events. Our services include delivery and setup of premium hookahs, custom flavor mixes, and attentive service from trained hookah concierges who manage setup, maintenance, and guest experience.
How does the in-home hookah service work?
Our concierge delivers a fully prepared hookah directly to your location, sets it up in your desired space, and ensures it’s operating perfectly. We also provide custom flavor blending and ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing session. Pickup is handled after your session is complete.
What’s included with the event service?
Our event service includes a team of professional hookah concierges, multiple hookah setups, unlimited coal service, custom flavor menus, and seamless guest servicing throughout the event. Perfect for weddings, birthdays, lounges, and private parties.
Do I need to provide anything for the hookah setup?
No. We bring everything needed — from the hookahs and hoses to coals and flavor mixes. All we need is a safe, ventilated space with a 120V AC outlet for setup.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and ensure flavor availability. For larger events, 1–2 weeks' notice is ideal.
Is there a minimum order or guest requirement?
For in-home service, there is typically a one-hookah minimum. For event services, packages vary based on guest count, starting at a minimum of four hookahs with one concierge.
Are your hookah specialists trained?
Yes. All our concierges are professionally trained in hookah setup, safety, flavor mixing, and guest service. They are also dressed to match the upscale nature of your event or home ambiance.
